The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Brill Travel. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking our tours or otherwise using our services.
It is a normal practice for us to design a custom tour with you, discussing each and every detail of the tour with you and only after finalizing all aspects of the tour package, we proceed with bookings. Reservations may be made by e-mail or the website, filling in the Booking Form. No deposit is required with booking.
Bookings are accepted at least 50 days prior to tour commencement. Custom tour requests for the period of the Rose Festival ( May 26- June 4) are accepted at least 6 months prior to tour commencement. Please check details on your confirmation invoice including notes on the reverse, and notify us of any errors. You must reconfirm your booking as definite by payment of a 20% deposit. We will send you our bank’s Authorization form for a credit card payment, asking you to sign it and send it back to us.
The balance payment for all tours and services booked is due latest 3 weeks (21 days), unless otherwise stated on your confirmation invoice. We will send you a reminder 1 week before the balance due date. Private customized payment plans are available upon request.
