TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings
No deposit is required with booking. Bookings are accepted at least 40 days prior to arrival date. Reservation may be made by e-mail or fax, filling in the Booking Form.
Cancellations, booking changes & refunds
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.
The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified:

In case you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim.
Payment
Within a week after your booking is reconfirmed by us, we will forward an invoice verifying details of the services booked and you must reconfirm your booking as definite by faxing us your credit card authorization for a 10% deposit. A deposit is required in advance for prebooked round-trip tours. Hotel bookings require a deposit for the first night only. The balance is paid upon arrival in Bulgaria. If the deposit is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking.We accept credit card payment - Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, or JCB and/or bank transfers into our bank accounts.
After the receipt of the full payment, we will issue our voucher for the prepaid services and send it to you by e-mail or fax.Tour price
Package price includes land arrangements only. Every tour description indicates all services included.Airfare is not included. Not included are visa/passport fees, photos, items such as laundry, telephone, beverages and extra meals, insurance, gratuities, airport taxes and fees. Prices for tours and tour packages, quoted in EUR are valid and guaranteed, if prepaid.
Before you go
Documents On receipt of the deposit, we send you reconfirmation of space, together with our voucher. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please contact your local insurer, you must purchase insurance directly from a local insurer.
It is your responsibility to obtain a valid Passport. Non EU, US, Canada, Japan, Israel etc. passport holders must obtain their own visa. Information is available at www.mfa.government.bg
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of airline tickets and all travel documents.
Health Requirements: Any physical or mental disability requiring special attention must be noted at time of booking. All health requirements must be checked with your travel doctor.Responsibilities:
We are responsible for supplying the services and accommodations, as described and reconfirmed in the tour programme. We guarantee the price quoted in EURO, in case a deposit is paid. We reserve the right to cancel booking should a deposit payment is not made on time.
